MedicalSafari is a medical travel coordination service operated by Manka LifeCare Pvt Ltd. We help international patients identify hospitals in India, obtain written estimates from those hospitals, and organise the practical side of travelling for treatment.

We are not a hospital, a clinic or a healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or give medical advice. Every clinical decision is made by the treating doctor and by you.

We charge patients nothing for enquiry handling, hospital shortlisting, estimate requests or coordination. Where a hospital pays us a coordination fee, that fee is paid by the hospital out of its own revenue and does not increase what you pay for treatment.

You pay the hospital directly for your treatment, and you pay third parties directly for flights, accommodation and visas unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Any figure shown on this site is indicative and is provided for comparison only. It is not a quotation and it is not an offer. The only cost figure you should rely on is the written estimate issued by the treating hospital after its doctors have reviewed your reports.

Hospital estimates are themselves conditional. Costs commonly change where a diagnosis is revised on arrival, where a procedure is more complex than the reports suggested, or where complications require a longer stay. We will tell you when we know, but we cannot guarantee a hospital's price.

We record the accreditation each hospital publishes and state on the profile where that record came from. At present every credential on this site is recorded from the hospital's own published material rather than confirmed against the issuing body's register, and each profile says so. Accreditation status can change without notice, and you should confirm anything material to your decision with the hospital directly.

Visa guidance on this site reflects published rules at the date shown on each country page. Immigration rules change, and the decision on any application rests entirely with the Government of India. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a visa will be granted, and we are not immigration advisers.

The information you give us has to be accurate. Withheld history, incomplete reports or an incorrect account of a diagnosis can lead a hospital to quote for the wrong procedure, and in some cases can put the patient at risk. You are also responsible for holding valid travel documents and for meeting the entry requirements that apply to you.

We are responsible for the coordination work we carry out. We are not liable for the clinical care you receive, for the outcome of any treatment, or for the acts or omissions of hospitals, doctors, airlines, hotels or government authorities. Your remedy in relation to clinical care is against the treating hospital.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

The text, structure and design of this site belong to Manka LifeCare Pvt Ltd. Hospital names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify them. You may read, print and share pages for your own use; republishing the content commercially requires our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this site.
