MedicalSafari is operated by Manka LifeCare Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India under CIN U86100DL2025PTC454096, with its registered office at C-8 Rewari Line, Industrial Area Phase II, Maya Puri, New Delhi, South West Delhi 110064. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data fiduciary, or controller, for the information described here.

When you send an enquiry we ask for:

• the patient's name, email address, telephone number and country of residence
• the treatment you are enquiring about, and any city or hospital you prefer
• how you would like us to contact you
• any medical reports, scans or prescriptions you choose to attach, which may contain health information about the patient

We also record standard server information such as the page the enquiry came from and the time it was sent. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this site.

We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and coordinate treatment if you decide to proceed. That means reading your reports, identifying hospitals that treat your condition, requesting written estimates on your behalf and helping with visa and travel arrangements.

Health information is processed on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will stop processing it, although this may mean we cannot continue helping with a case already in progress.

Your medical information is not sent to any hospital until you tell us which hospitals may see it. Until that point it stays with our care team.

Once you approve it, we share what a hospital needs to produce an estimate or an opinion: the reports themselves, the patient's name and age, and the treatment in question. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not pass it to advertisers, lead brokers or any party with no role in your care.

We use third-party providers for email delivery and for hosting this website and its database. They process data on our instructions only. Our servers are located in India.

Enquiries that do not proceed to treatment are deleted within 24 months. Where treatment was coordinated, we keep a record of the arrangements for up to 7 years to meet Indian tax and company record-keeping requirements. Attached medical reports are deleted at your request at any time, and in any case within 24 months of the last contact on a case.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave. Write to info@mankalifecare.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in your own country, or in India to the Data Protection Board established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Where the patient is a minor, the enquiry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email to anyone with an open enquiry.
