Indian hospitals treat a very large number of international patients every year, and the clinical standard at the top centres is genuinely high. The part that goes wrong is rarely the surgery. It is the arrangements around it: a visa applied for under the wrong category, an estimate that turns out to have excluded the implant, a family arriving to find nowhere to stay within an hour of the hospital.
That is the work we do. We read the reports, we find the hospitals that actually perform the procedure rather than the ones that advertise it, we get written estimates from the treating teams, and we sort out the visa route, the appointments and the accommodation. One advisor handles the case throughout, so you are not re-explaining a diagnosis to a new person each week.
There is no charge to patients for any of this. Where a hospital pays us a coordination fee it comes out of the hospital's own revenue and does not sit on top of your bill.
